Bob has been acquiring, managing and disposing of commercial real estate for over 20 years.

Bob co-managed a billion dollar equity portfolio for Fannie Mae that consisted of multifamily and student properties. He was vice president of acquisitions for one of the largest privately held REIT’s in the country, Wells Real Estate Funds. Bob was responsible for all west coast acquisitions and asset management for Wells Real Estate Funds. Bob also worked with

several of the largest insurance companies in the world as their investment representative in the United States. The transactions he and his group acquired for the German insurance companies included The Chrysler Building in NYC, 666 5th Avenue in NYC and The Commonwealth Building in Arlington to name a few.
